The maps illustrate a number of proposed changes that are to take place in the town of Hunderstone.
In general, while the area to the east of the railway will remain almost the same, the western side is going to undergo several significant changes, especially with regards to the transport infrastructure.
As can be seen in the first map, Hunderstone Town is currently divided into two main areas by a railway line, which runs from north to south and passes by a gas station. To the west of the railway, there is an air field which is connected to the main road A2. A roundabout in the middle of this road connects the A2 road to the east of the town, and in particular, to the ring road around the town centre.
In the future, the airfield in the north west of Hunderstone Town is expected to be replaced by an industrial estate. A new railway line will also be constructed to provide further access to this area. In addition, a new, larger roundabout will be constructed midway along the road connecting the east and west of the town. A new road A4 which will connect the A2 to the town centre will also be built in the south of the town.

Governments should emphasize on funding in a healthy lifestyle instead of investing revenue on medicines to prevent the prevailing dangerous diseases of patients. I, partially agree with this viewpoint, because giving a healthy life of citizens is equally as important as healing of serious patients.
To begin with, it is true preventing of any kinds of ailments must be the first priority of citizens as well as authorities. This is because governments have to provide the least amount of money, if they make aware of the public regarding the serious consequences of unhealthy habits. For example, children and older people would like to eat whatever and wherever they want, so that diseases, like weight problems, and obesity occurs. As a result, they suffer from health-related issues which abstain them from thinking about their career. For that reason, increasing awareness among young and senior citizens, not only provide them a healthy and balanced lifestyle, but it also reduces the cost of authorities in supplying costly medicines and other treatment instruments for patients.
In contrast, at present, there are lots of fatal diseases such as AIDS, and different other cancers, which are impossible to cure for the common people. The reason is that for healing such perilous ailments, people need a huge amount of money. Taking into consideration, governments should come forward with helping hand for those patients who are struggling for money, if it would have, they would be free from these diseases. Moreover, governments must separate some revenue for building hospitals, buying the latest equipment for operation theatre, and medicines for curing HIV, and cancers to minimize the expense that generally goes to the public if it is not provided.
In conclusion, it is a controversial issue about whether governments invest money on maintaining better lifestyle, or, whether they should provide funding for removing the existing severe diseases. From my perspective, the authorities of nations ought to focus on both good lifestyle and curing diseases.

With the advancement of technology people swiftly tender to discard their old items and buy the newer version of it, as the new product brings an upgraded feature in comparison with the outdated product.
To commence with, the first and foremost cause is the organizations providing the easy buying options to the potential buyers as well as in this materialistic era, people tend to purchase the latest gadget or a product to show-off it in front of the society. For instance, a survey conducted by the Mobile World depicts that when Apple launches its products, most of its users especially in the United Nations wanted to purchase them on the day of launch as the company provides easy EMI options. Furthermore, the youngsters are trapped in a fake world that values a person with the latest products. Subsequently, denizens tend to throw off their old product and buy new ones.
In addition to it, there are multifarious problems associated with this, the first and foremost is it leads to wastage of resources because of discarding resources rapidly there are chances that future generation may be left with a fewer number of resources and it may create the situation of war between regions. For example, South Korea recently had a fight with North America because the nation was facing a water shortage. In the end, throwing things rapidly can create problems not only for the people in future likewise it may hinder the growth of a country.
In conclusion, keeping in view all the above facts of discarding the things on a regular basis can have a drastic impact in future in spite of the easy availability of the resources at the cheaper price and purchasing options like EMI. Moreover, the individuals should not ignore its detrimental effects like shortage of resources can create a situation of war between the distinct areas.

The line chart compares five different countries, namely Iceland, Turkey, Germany, Canada and Chile, in terms of the proportion of females between 15 and 64 years old having jobs.

In modern society, there is a heated debate about whether a lot of money and time is allocated to the conservation of wild animals. To a certain extent, I agree that spending more on preservation animals is more beneficial, however we cannot ignore the value of expense on the human population. This essay will discuss both viewpoints.
On the one hand, it is reasonable to provide substantial financial resource and manpower for wildlife preservation. To begin with, animals play an essential role in maintaining biodiversity and have profound impacts on human well-being. Different species are mutually reliant on the food chain and their roles are equally important. In other words, the demise of a certain animal can result in the widespread disruption of the whole ecosystem. For example, if the sparrow disappears, the crops can be destroyed by the harmful insects. Therefore, by saving the wild population, humans are saving themselves.
On the other hand, we cannot underestimate the role of expenditure for the immediate requirements of the human population. If money is not available to inhabitants who have problems such as mental illness, fatal disease or to those living in dire poverty, it is inevitable that some will suggest spending less on protection wild animals. There is a strong argument that by investment in awareness education for citizens, we could make the world to become a better place for us and for wildlife. For instance, via biology class at school, we will have a deeper understanding of wildlife and make effective ways to conserve them.
In conclusion, I believe that more emphasis should be placed on the protection of wild animals rather than the cost of a human. However, a key argument for me is that by spending money on people, we can improve the world generally.

The table and line chart compare four different age groups in terms of the percentage of Australians going to the cinema and their frequency from 1994 to 2002, and how many visits were made according to age group.
Generally, the proportion of cinema attendants increased, while the average number of accesses decreased over the phase shown. Additionally, all age groups witnessed fluctuations in their figures, and 14 to 24 years old were the most frequent client of the cinema.
As can be seen from the table, 67% of the Australian population went to watch movies in 1994, this figure then rose markedly to 72% in 1996 and remained unchanged until 2002, despite a dip of 2% in 2000. The range of technology available to people is increasing the gap between the rich and the poor. Others think it has an opposite effect. Discuss both views and give your opinions.
Write at least 250 words.
WRITING TASK 2 SAMPLE
This is a problem which is being talked up by some with improving machinery, the gap between rich people and poor folks will be increased. One of the biggest reasons is that poor individuals could not buy new models because technological assets improve fastly day by day, but other people believe that automation can compound both poor and rich populations. I partly agree with this statement because both sides have justified thinking. Both of these viewpoints will be outlined in detail before concluding with my opinion.
To begin with, most societies cannot earn enough money to buy technological appliances in many countries. For instance, although everybody wants to have a new iPhone, any person who has no money cannot buy that. While rich societies use new applications for their high-quality phone, poor societies cannot. and hence, the range between rich and poor classes is increased.
On the other hand, improving technology prevents discrimination between populations. Because everybody is the same on the internet. For example, in the past few, days Justin Bieber -a renowned singer-sang a song in the metaverse. Normally, if the metaverse didn’t exist the public who are dying to watch him have to give money. Therefore, there is no difference between poor and rich. In my opinion, hi-tech provides many various opportunities for all humans and also gratis.
To sum up, the range of technology currently available may be looked at negatively by few individuals because of the increasing gap between the poor and the rich individuals but actually, it has many different benefits.

Write at least 250 words.
WRITING TASK 2 SAMPLE
In this day and age, many people reckon that the media ought to update more stories of good news. From my perspective, although I concur partly that good news play a vital role in society, I still lean towards that other sort of articles also should be updated the similar frequency with good news.
Initially, good news exerts a number of positive implications on citizens. To begin with, the more positive news is, the more optimistic lives inhabitants have. To be specific, good news includes lovely stories, conducive activities such as higher awareness of the dwellers of protecting the environment, or having the absolutely novel medical treatment for COVID 19, which is a pandemic and one of the most severe issues of the world. As a result, citizens might be more likely to create more positive lives that lead to the action of striving to make a contribution to this civilized society.
However, other types of news such as current affairs or bad news should be updated for inhabitants. The initial reason is the warnings that stem from current affairs. In detail, current affairs include the hottest and the most severe news such as pandemics and the high rate of crime not only in each country, but also in over the world to issue warnings about restriction of going outside in terms of COVID 19 periods or being cautious. Besides, bad news such as the mortality of several dwellers, especially teenagers or the poorness of farmers and other labor workers also create sympathy which is one of the most indispensable personalities of human. Therefore, citizens will have a higher perception of how happy their lives are that leads to appreciation and be used as motivation to work more studiously.
In conclusion, although popularizing negative news has more crowd support, good news reports have their importance and need.

Nowadays, international tourism is the biggest industry in the world. Unfortunately, international tourism creates tension rather than understanding between people from different cultures.
To what extent do you agree or disagree with this opinion?
Write at least 250 words.
WRITING TASK 2 SAMPLE
Today the world is more connected than any time before and people from all over the countries can arrive at their destination within 24 hours. However, while this possibility permits to millions of individuals to encounter different cultures every year, the phenomenon of the international tourism brings also conflicts between people with different habits and costumes.
To begin, tourism creates isolation more than integration. In fact, tourists prefer to look at different places, costumes, and habits like sitting in front of the television screen, watching a documentary, more than sharing time with the indigenous population. Furthermore, tourists don’t respect foreign habits and cultures, often because they don’t understand it. For example, they throw the litter on the ground, or even worse they don’t respect their hosts’ religion.
Nevertheless, the effects of international tourism are not all negative. Sometimes tourists fall in love with people and places they visit and decide to live in there, acting as mediators between cultures and enhancing integration. It’s the case of lots of tourist guides that decided to move abroad and enjoy a different lifestyle and culture, trying to share their feelings with visitors. Also speaking the language of the place, we visit can help us understand people from different cultures. In addition, a large amount of money around the tourism business contrasts the tendency of some countries to close their border to foreign people. This can lead to a better comprehension of these cultures and so to integration.
In conclusion, the biggest industry in the world have to feel the need of changes in the way tourism is structured, so it could become a mean of integration and reciprocal understanding more than create tensions between cultures.
